Accidental Opt Outs

Accidental Opt Outs:

If a respondent has "Accidentally" opted out from your survey invitations you can have their email address "restored" by contacting us via email at e.support@surveysquare.com and request that a respondent be added back - please include your contact information where we can reach you via phone.

If the respondent is not an employee of your organization we may request confirmation from the "opted out" respondent approving their own reinstatement to your Address Book.
