How do I tell SurveySquare about a Question or Bug I have?

Open a Trouble Ticket:

We work hard at to provide a solid platform in which you can create and work with your surveys.  However, should you find a problem with our software we usually can resolve it within 24 hours but we require that you first Register with our Help System and then open a "Trouble Ticket" so that we can respond timely.

We encourage you to use our Help System for:

  1. Researching our Articles on how to use
  2. Ask question(s) you may have regarding your survey needs or help with using the system
  3. Reporting any bug you may find - please be sure to provide as much detail as possible to help us resolve the issue timely

We are always adding articles to our help system so if you can't find answers then just ask we'll be happy to respond.  We make it a goal to respond within 4 hours (most responses are less than one 1 hour).

Our trouble ticket system communicates via email so that you don't have to log back into the help system to check for a response.  As long as you have provided us with a valid email ID you will get a response via email.  If you do not get an email be sure to confirm your email ID by logging back into our Trouble Ticket system.
