How do I tell SurveySquare about a Question or Bug I have?

Open a Trouble Ticket: We work hard at SurveySquare.com to provide a solid platform in which you can create and work with your surveys. However, should you find a problem with our software we usually can resolve it within 24 hours but we require that you first Register with our Help System and then open a "Trouble Ticket" so that we can respond timely. We encourage you to use our Help System for:
We are always adding articles to our help system so if you can't find answers then just ask we'll be happy to respond. We make it a goal to respond within 4 hours (most responses are less than one 1 hour). Our trouble ticket system communicates via email so that you don't have to log back into the help system to check for a response. As long as you have provided us with a valid email ID you will get a response via email. If you do not get an email be sure to confirm your email ID by logging back into our Trouble Ticket system. |
