Change Contact Status

Change Contact Status:

Contacts can have either an "Active" or "Inactive" status which allows you to separate your contacts into 2 buckets when you deploy your survey to a list.  You can change the status of your contacts individually by "Editing a Contact" one at a time or you can select several or all and change the status all at once.

  1. Click on Address Book
  2. Select either "View Contacts" or "View Lists"
  3. Check a box on the left for each contact you want to change the status for
  4. At the bottom of the page click on "Choose Action" then select either "Mark as Active" or "Mark as Inactive" then click on "Go."
