Campaign Time Restrictions

Allows you to limit when we will send Email/SMS messages when your campaign is setup with the API option.  

Sending Options:  You can choose what to do if we get an API outside of the defined time restrictions. 

1) Schedule it
2) Ignore and don't send

Scheduling Rules:

1) If we get an API on the same day BEFORE the Start Time then it will be scheduled to go at 8:00 am on the same day.
2) If we receive an API on the same day AFTER the End Time, then set it up to go out at the Start Time the next day.
