Reply to Customer Name:  Survey Options/ActionTracker Options: 

This feature works with your templates allowing you to automatically insert the respondents name captured from your survey questions like “Name & Address.”

When this feature is turned on, the merge field “#Customer_Name#” when inserted into your email templates will automatically fill in their name making it easy to personalize your replies.   

This feature also works with the Auto Close function.

 

How to Setup:

  1. Check the “Reply to Customer Name:
  2. Select the question in your survey that contains the customer’s name.
  3. Click “Save
  4. Insert in your ActionTracker templates the merge field #Customer_Name#  - see ActionTracker Email Templates
