Manage Next Steps:  Survey Options/ActionTracker Options

 

This feature allows you to select from your customized list of “next steps” for your action items.  This will allow you to quickly identify what are the "next steps" without having to drill down and view the action items detail page.

 

How to:

1)     Go to Survey Options/ActionTracker Options

2)     Click on “Manage Next Steps Labels

 

3)      Set up to 99 “next step” labels

a.  Enter a "next step" description and click “Add” button

4)      When working with your Action Item select from the “Next Steps” dropdown list and click the “Update” button.

 

5)       You will see the “Next Step” label on your ActionTracker Listing.
