FAQ Target Group:  (Panels)  Frequently Asked Questions - (Also see Target Group)

Here's a list of FAQ's for our Online Panel Surveys.  Let us know if you have any questions with this deployment method, we will be happy to answer any questions.

Question:How large is the panel group?

Answer: It's big!  We now have access to over 7 million panelists in over 50 countries!


Question:  Can I get an estimate before I purchase a Target Group?

Answer:  Yes.  Create a survey with at least 1 question and click on the Deploy Survey - select the last option Send Survey Link to a Target Group.  Complete the first two tabs and view your price displayed in the footer of both tabs.


Question:  Can Sub-Users Deploy using this method?

Answer:  No, not at this time.  This deployment method requires a credit card to purchase the Target Group.  The Admin in the account can deploy the survey for you, you will just need to Share your survey to them and they can complete the deployment.


Question:  Why is Cint trying to contact me?

Answer:  Cint will contact you to correct issues with your survey.  Specifically, they will contact you if your survey contains any of the following:

  • Ask for personal contact information
  • Include logos in the survey
  • Use non-native language

Question:  Are there any restrictions on how I can setup my survey?

Answer: Yes/No well Maybe!  Other than the restrictions listed in the previous question, you really just need to think about your survey design.  Ask yourself when you test your survey does it have leading and or confusing questions.  Remember:  The more questions you have the more it will cost per response.


Question:  Does SurveySquare.com handle Screen Outs?

Answer:  No  But we're working on it!  The recommended approach is to deploy your surveys to a target group that meets your needs.  When we complete the screen out option you will be able to utilize questions within your survey to confirm and screen-out respondents that don't qualify for your survey.


Question:  How do I handle Quotas?

Answer: With the Cint interface, you can manage your quotas by purchasing the quantity of completed surveys based on the targeting options selected for your Target Group.  Cint will deploy your survey only to that defined Target Group.  When the respondent completes your survey they will be redirected to Cint's landing page and counted as a Complete.  You can purchase and deploy the same survey to multiple target groups (see the next question)


Question:  Can I purchase multiple target groups for the same survey?

Answer:  Yes.  When you purchase the first target group you can immediate purchase another group by clicking on the Purchase another group for this survey on the confirmation page or you can deploy the survey again and go thru the purchase process as before.


Question:  Can I get a refund?

Answer: Yes. You can cancel your order anytime PRIOR to its completion by Cint.  Just email us at salesrequest@surveysquare.com  and include your contact information (including phone number), the name of the survey, the Invoice and 10 digit Target Group order numbers which can be found in your invoice.


Question:  When should I Close my survey?

Answer:  Cint tracks your Completed surveys needed from each of your orders.  When they calculate that you have reached your quota of completes Cint will stop sending out your survey link to their panels for the specific order.  When you see that your survey Completes has been reached, you can close your survey.  (see Survey Status)
