We’ve used KBS to maintain our HVAC system since we bought our house in 2022 and have always had great results. This past year one of our units, which was original from 1998, finally needed to be replaced and once again had great results using KBS. Chip is super knowledgeable and even installed the original units in 1998 so was able to tell us all about our house when it was being built. I’d highly recommend KBS to anyone looking to replace or install a new HVAC system!

We’ve been with KBS since 2021 when we had our complete heating and cooling HVAC system replaced. Service Tech Chris S just completed the annual Fall furnace maintenance and did a great job. From the time he arrived until the time he departed he was on time, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful with a potential problem. He answered all our questions, performed the maintenance and tested the furnace to verify there was no problem and that it operated efficiently. Chris is one of your good guys and a good representative of your company. It gives us great peace of mind when working with KBS and great people like Chris S. Thanks.

These guys have been great since they installed the downstairs and upstairs heating / air-conditioning systems for us years ago. Our downstair air-conditioning system had a very slow leak such that it would work for the summer but next summer would require a little top off. After doing this a couple years they thought the leak was fixed only to have to have it return this year. After talking with Bob Schulz about this on-going issue he sent guys over who found the slow leak and fixed the issue. I was truly impressed with the way they stood behind their work done at least 5 years ago. I'm so happy I chose this company to do the original work, and will continue to use them for on-going maintenance. Great team to work with.

We needed a new air conditioner unit installed after our 23-year old unit failed and KBS came through with a fair price, beating out other quotes. The folks who installed it were very professional and we were super pleased with the result. Would recommend KBS to anyone needing to replace their own AC unit.

I would not recommend - they did a terrible job with a basic tune up of our heater, caused us to hire an electrician to fix their mistakes and refused to take the amount we had to pay to fix the issues off the bill. Would never tell anyone to hire them. I am very forgiving but they tested my patience.

KBS was able to figure out why my house was struggling to cool during the very hot spells, and came up with a solution that was *not* a full replacement (as others had suggested), but actually worked! The bedrooms are cool again! Thanks, KBS team!
