They came out to offer me a quote right away. Their quote was very reasonable, set up an appointment for installation. They came out within a week, installed Central air for me in less than 1 day and it works beautifully. They also told me about grants that I was eligible for. They helped me apply and are now assisting with that as well. Everybody I met was very friendly and knowledgeable. Update. Had an issue completely unrelated to the central air with electric on my 2nd floor. Jacob came out and remedied the situation quickly. Cost was very fair. Jacob was knowledgeable and professional. I will keep calling isaacs. They are reliable and pricing is reasonable as a whole and everyone I have met has been great.

Logan and Robby were the team that replaced my 16 y.o. furnace. They worked together very well and were so quiet. I appreciated that since I have 2 little dogs that bark if there is a lot of noise. They each knew what they had to do and just went to work. Thank you fellas.

Very careful investigation. Determined that equipment was ok.Made adjustment to increase humidity level in my heated rooms. However the increase was from 30% to 33%. Still below the 40% I had hoped for. Is there anything else that can be done to reach the 40%??

Scammers and both of the managers are fully okay with charging you 11k for a new install when they know their tech messed up and diagnosed that instead of the $10 capacitor. They aren't good people and just know how to play the game. Kobie the Commercial manager when you call doesn't even know about commercial equipment. Get your service elsewhere! If i could rate less than 1 star i would've.

My hot water tank went unexpectedly and Isaac’s was there the same day, and was able to replace and do the install all within a 24 hr period. They are professional, and do outstanding work. I can’t thank them enough! Definitely recommend!

Gave me a $620 dollar quote for an IGNITER. A cheap part with one of the easiest repairs. Even worse? We're a young family with absolutely no heat in the dead of winter. Price gouging a family in borderline distress is pure evil. God will judge you accordingly.

Jacob and crew put in a long day updating our old circuit breaker panel to a new one. They were efficient, courteous and reliable. He then took the time to go through the house with me to check every outlet and light so the proper circuits could be labeled. Excellent job! Eric was very knowledgeable in explaining our options with the faulty circuit breaker. Zach did an excellent job with the yearly maintenance of the boiler and water heater. George Teeter did a great job making the furnace run again! (Switches in th e " on" position work lots better! )

Shea showed up in the time frame that was given. Very considerate of mess by wearing booties to avoid tracking in snow. Our sink was leaking and while he was able to fix the leak easily, the pop up water stopper proved to be difficult and had to replace some parts. He worked the problem to ensure it was functional and looks good too. Was a positive experience. Thank you!

Scheduled a clean and tune for my Buderas broiler heating system. Shay came out and I addressed a possible small leak in the pressure relief valve and thermostat reading error. He said there might be many possible reasons and he didn’t know what it could be but he would look into it. He left an hour or so later and said everything looked fine. I asked him again about the thermostat reading and he said he didn’t know anything about that and I forgot to ask about the leak. I went down that evening and there was pooling water around where I had asked about the pressure valve leak earlier. I had to call and schedule them to come out again and the office lady said they would charge me $100+ just to come out. I said that’s not right. She tried to contact manager couldn’t get ahold of her and then said I would have to ask the technician that the prices are up to his discretion. When Zach arrived it was a whole other story. He was polite, put on shoe dusters when coming in. He addressed and explained all my problems and was very knowledgeable. He assured me that they do not charge a fee to come out if they have already been out within 60 days of the first service. I was relieved and he replaced the valve seal in under an hour. They also installed a water heater a couple years ago and plumbed over the top of the water heater less than an inch away from the top making it really hard to get into and clean the filters. I am having work done to replace the anode rod and Isaac Heating and Air had no idea how to even begin to do this or find the part I needed. I am using a local plumber to fix my water heating issues that understands what I need. Three star because of Zach. Won’t be using them unless I have to in the future. UPDATE: 11/29/25 pressure valve still leaking same amount of water as before!

The appointment was switched to the day prior to the schedule and I was not informed until moments before. The part to repair my furnace was not in the truck and I was told it was in stock and they would bring it the next morning to repair the furnace. I called to confirm today and was told no appointment was in the system for today and the part still hadn’t been ordered. I have not had heat since Sunday and I have children. I wish I didn’t have to use this company as the service technician told me all the wrong information.

Technician Zander was very professional and knowledgeable. Zander did not rush- was friendly and kind. Very snowy day when my fireplace was cleaned-the technicians covered his shoes/ boots to not soil my carpet. They did a courtesy check on my other gas appliances- found a leak on the pipe at the connection. I am a Gold Card Member and so glad Zander checked my other gas pipes. Thank you Zander !
