the service went above what we're anticipated. so far, we have not had any issues.

We thought our old oven was a lost cause after reaching out to several repair shops in the city. The first conversation we had with Rebecca was the first time we felt like we had options! She is a great representative for your company - thorough, genuine, didn't rush the conversation and was articulate. We may have scared Tony with how excited we got when the repair was completed! As a small, small business we truly appreciated this repair! Tony was diligent and efficient with his work, and accommodating to our tight space. He took his time explaining the repair and parts to us so we could understand what was happening. All in all, we were very appreciative and very happy with the service and quality of work!
