Andres (service technician) was excellent. He was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He answered all questions thoroughly. We are enrolled in a service agreement with Isaac for our ductless, Mitsubishi AC system and couldn’t be happier with the service and maintenance Isaac provides. It is well worth the monthly cost to give us the peace of mind and assurance that Isaac will provide the service when required and the regular maintenance whenever we request it. I would highly recommend Andre … and the service he provided today.

When I scheduled the appointment, I was quoted $130 for a pressure test. When the technician arrived, I was then told the cost would be between $400–$600 and that the $130 was only a service fee. That was not how the price was explained to me when I scheduled the appointment. If the $130 was only a service fee and the pressure test itself would cost an additional $400–$600, that should have been clearly disclosed to me beforehand.

Response from Business

Hi Charmelyn, Thank you for sharing your experience with Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning. I'm truly sorry to hear about the confusion regarding the pricing for your pressure test. We aim for transparency in our services, and I understand how frustrating it must have been to receive unexpected costs. Your feedback is invaluable, and we'll work to ensure our communication is clearer in the future. Please reach out to us, and we will help resolve the situation. We appreciate your input and hope to improve your experience with us. Best, Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning
