Old post While preparing to start laundry in my basement, I noticed rust filled water leaking from my very old water tank. I immediately called Isaac Heating to see if they service water tanks, because they service our furnace and do an excellent job. I also was not sure how to turn off the tank. Within an hour, Jim Wilkins, a project manager for Isaac, came to shut off the tank and set up an appointment to have a new tank installed the very next day. Expert technicians, Andre and Steve, came early the next morning, braving extreme weather and installed a brand new tank. They did a terrific job, explaining all they were doing. They even checked our furnace for gas leaks, It is obvious that they have received expert training. We are very grateful to Isaac and plan to recommend them to our friends and family. Had a leak in my central air conditioning unit that was installed last year. Issac was here the next morning, even though it was a Sunday! Liam, the technician, found the problem and fixed it. Liam was polite and friendly. He explained what the problem was and showed me the defective part. I’m extremely happy I went with Issac when deciding who to use to install my new furnace and air conditioning unit. I would recommend them to anyone.

We recently moved and had Isaac Heating come out for a duct cleaning estimate. Dallas was prompt, courteous and more importantly, honest. He inspected our ducts and concluded that they had been recently cleaning and that it wasn’t a service that we needed at this time. We will definitely call Isaac Heating in the future for our HVAC needs.

First of all, they came Isaac and said that I needed a new system or new motor. We decided to get a new system. My old system was quiet my new system now that they put in is very loud and annoying. I have your hearing issues I wear hearing aids tendinitis. They said it’s Because we need a new filter, how do you put in a new system without telling us the filter needs to be changed? I’m very disappointed. I wish I had never used them Again.

6 yrs ago had a rheem heating/central air nstalled by this co. No problems until now. Condenser fan was short cycling. First thing Isaac guy Jordan told me, it was the fan motor, they are all failing and have to be replaced. He told me people were pissed. I told him i had a 10 year warranty on parts. He didn't even check to see if it could have been some other issue. It was a failed motor.Those motors should last 10-15yrs. He showed me the estimate, it was $570.00 to install the new fan motor, plus I had to pay the $129.00 diagnostic charge for coming to my house. So, for 2 hours worth of work on a $270 part under warranty. I paid them more than $300 per hour for the install. They could have thrown in a bottle of lube. Sad part is, the kid didn't really care customers are being taken advantage of. Jordan also dropped a screw in the condenser and forgot to re-install one on my condenser cover. 😔

I been dealing with Tyler for a few months on doing the ducts on a new build that we were gonna be using geothermal. He was excellent start to finish always responded and staying involved. The installers were polite and professional and walked through duct locations before cutting, which we appreciated very much. I would definitely recommend their team to all friends and family!
