We hired Isaac for a second opinion after another technician improperly installed our HVAC system. Joshua was the Isaac technician and thanks to his expertise, he made our system safe and kept us fully informed the entire time. While we regret not choosing Isaac initially, we are extremely pleased to have found this company now and confidently look forward to relying on them for all future HVAC requirements.

Have to say I was very pleased with how quick someone was able to respond. Darian Robinson was very professional, curteous knowledgeable. He was able find problem and provide options. Even caught an unrelated problem with another appliance. Very pleased and wish had gotten them before a different company the night before.

We had issues with heating not being directed to our family room from our boiler. Tyler came and quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem. He happily went back into town to get the correct parts to finish the job. In the past, we have found Tyler to be exceptionally knowledgeable in correctly identifying a problem and fixing it. We are very happy we switched all of our HVAC service needs to Isaac.

Great customer service, with understandable explanation of furnace maintenance procedures and pricing. Would definitely recommend Isaac and Darian, service tech, to friends and family! Also had hot water heater replaced. Contracted through Isaac’s with AP Plumbing services. AP Technician was on time, courteous and completed work efficiently, discarding (32yr old) hot water heater with the service. Furnace and new tank are working well. Overall, I am pleased with the service provided by Isaac’s and AP Plumbing. Payment below reflects cost of new hot water heater. Very reasonable payment plan available with this, as well as reasonable yearly maintenance plan/fees.
