MIKE IS AN ABSOLUTELY GREAT GUY, WHO DEMONSTRATES CONCERN FOR THE INDIVIDUAL AND THE DESIRE TO GET THINGS RIGHT. HE IS MOST PLEASANT TO HAVE IN OUR HOME, AND MY WIFE AND I HAVE MUCH CONFIDENCE IN HIS ABILITY TO RESOLVE WHATEVER PROBLEM EXISTS.

Nick, the service tech. from Landes, was prompt, pleasant to deal with, and very knowledgeable. He called 1/2 hour before arrival. He did a thorough P/M and he did a very clean job. We are very happy with the job he did.
