10 years ago I needed to replace 2 AC units in my home. Cunningham provided the best of 4 quotes and detailed what was being provided after discussing what I was looking for. They provided a very complete total replacement! Two Carrier 1.5 Ton units have been trouble free over the 10 years under warranty. The last 2 years had simple issues covered under warrantee. This is my 14th year with Cunningham and have been well pleased. Fast service when I need a capicator replaced after 10 years in hot weather! I have their twice a year checkups and their HVAC tech people always to a great job! This month Vicktor did a top notch cleaning a and summer prep!! Highly reccomend!!!!

This guy was amazing and so nice. Why couldn't we ever get any of the other guys to understand our problem before we explained it and he knew exactly what we were talking about. My Mom was with Cunningham for over 30 years and told me dont ever let them go. They do a great 😂 job!
