Any company can score high when everything goes as planned. The real measure of company performance is when things go wrong - how well do they make "good" and recover when Murphy's Law overrules the engagement? Federal Elite of Pataskala sets the bar high and delivers! They go the distance (many miles) to ensure the final product and state of the home is an example to the industry - they fixed the problem and continued with follow-up beyond my expectation. I HIGHLY recommend their team for ALL HVAC, water heater, and related services they offer. They saved me thousands of dollars on my HVAC when the other guys (allegedly "pros") quoted a full system replacement - Federal Elite discovered my current system was still under warranty! Next, I wanted a tankless water heater and Federal Elite saved me thousands AGAIN!
I plan to have many years of service with Federal Elite of Pataskala and I have rock-solid piece-of-mind that whenever I call them, there will be ZERO concern about the value they bring and the high-quality I can expect. Thank you, Federal Elite, Pataskala! Nic V. Lancaster, OH

My furnace loves to act up at inconvenient times. These technicians are polite and respectful and Corey even drew me a great diagram of what was wrong.

Josh from FEH&C, Inc was great! He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and went to work. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain how our geothermal system operated and what the failure was and also how to perform some basic maintenance on the unit. Thanks, Josh!

Federal Elite Heating & Cooling has been tremendously quick to respond to our service calls anytime we have encountered a problem with one of our furnace or AC units! We have had very positive experiences working with Paul, Josh, and Corey (on the service side) as well as Tim (Sales Consultant) and Debbie (Office Manager)! They have been extremely professional, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to assist with our service needs. Paul came out to do a repair on our AC unit this past Sunday -- working overtime -- realizing the extreme temperatures we have been enduring this summer in Ohio! And they gave us the BEST deal on a new furnace during the coldest week in January with installation scheduled within 48 hours of the quote! We are so grateful that we have connected with this wonderful company to manage all of our HVAC needs, as they are truly an exceptional TEAM! Thanks for everything you have done to make our life easier ... and so much more comfortable!! We appreciate you!!! :)

My recent experience with Paul, Christine and Mike has been exceptional. They are quick to respond to my questions or concerns. Recently Paul came out to the house to evaluate our heat pump, as it was not working. He took the time to meticulously run multiple tests and diagnose the problem. I had questions regarding the heat pump. He did an excellent job of explaining in detail how the heat pump worked and the older part that needed replaced. Paul, Christine and Mike all seem to be very passionate about their jobs!! I think that says a lot about this company!!

Federal Elite Hearing & Cooling is so surprising in that they seem to have a knack for hiring excellent techs and office staff too. Surprising because when was the last time you felt valued as both a customer and a human being? It’s been a while, right? (Sad to say). They keep their word in any interactions we have had; so refreshing! Today Paul did a follow-up on a previous system check and he couldn’t have been more personable and courteous. And shout out to Christine in the office who helped by giving me almost instant service! If you are looking for a quality HVAC company, Federal Elite should definitely be a company to consider!

We can’t thank Federal Elite Heating and Cooling enough for their incredible service during a very difficult time. After a severe flood in our basement, we unfortunately lost our furnace, which was beyond repair. From the moment we called, their team responded with urgency, compassion, and true professionalism.
They arrived promptly, assessed the damage, and helped us understand our options without any pressure. Their kindness and understanding made such a difference during an extremely stressful situation. The team worked quickly to get a new system in place, ensuring we weren’t left without heat for long.
We are so grateful for their support, and it’s clear they truly care about the people they serve. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that’s not only skilled, but also genuinely kind and dependable.

Our air conditioning unit went down over the weekend and our normal HVAC guy was on vacation, so he referred us to Federal Elite. We’ve had several bad experiences with other heating and cooling companies through the years- they always tried to upsell us on services.
From start to finish, Federal Elite was top notch. They were able to get us scheduled for the same day! Our technician, Cory was amazing. He was friendly, efficient and did not try to upsell anything.
Thank you Cory and Federal Elite!

Gave us amazingly fair pricing, good work, and wonderfully professional. I mean…. They even brought in my trash can after the garbage truck went through. Sean, Mike, and Ben were awesome.
I’d poach them to come work for me, but then I wouldn’t have them for my HVAC needs.

If it wasn't for the nice technician during the diagnostic this company would not be getting any stars. He was very thorough and explained everything. The diagnostic was the same day as we called. After the diagnostic on Thursday morning we were told that a salesman would be out Thursday afternoon. Then he called Thursday afternoon and said he'd be out Friday at 7pm. But he never showed up or called and I am writing this review Tuesday evening. Keep in mind my AC went out in August and time is of the essence. When they didn't show up or call Friday I decided to call Creative Air Saturday and I now have a new AC unit on Tuesday. Federal Elite will be getting no more business from me and I will now be recommending everyone to Creative Air where they care about people's time and taking care of their customers.

Our home warranty company referred us to Federal Elite for some issues that we were having with our HVAC system. I’d never heard of them prior to this, but was pleasantly surprised when they contacted us the same day to schedule on a Friday evening. We had two technicians, Ben and Shawn, working on the job for the better part of a day. They were so kind and diligent. We had just moved into our house and the AC unit we have is 39 years old and had seen much better days. There was a lot to be done and they did fantastic work for a great price. Not to mention, they took great care in cleaning up afterwards. I’m sure this unit hasn’t looked and worked this great in decades!
