I recently had a problem with my furnace and Matt came the same day. Matt was very professional and answered all my questions concerning the repair. I highly recommend Federal Elite Heating and Cooling and recommend Matt for repairs. He was very knowledgeable.

Matt came to look at my elderly grandpas furnace for us with 30 minutes of calling! Great customer service , very informative and knows his stuff! We were having some issues with our geothermal system and our A/C. Federal sent Paul to our home and he was wonderful. He took the extra time to show me how he diagnosed the issue and how he resolved it. He even was gracious enough to have a nice conversation with me while he was working on the system. Felt like Paul truly enjoys his job and helping his customers. We were without A/C for a week during some 90 degree days, but since Paul resolved the issue, it has been working great!

Today we had our heating and humidifier serviced by "Matt" Service tech. We were very impressed with his knowledge of and application to our system. We have been using Federal Heating for many years and we have been impressed with their company and their employees. Matt took time to explain what he did and some changes he is making to our system. Overall a very positive experience.

Had my furnace installed by another company and in 1st year started having issues. After many calls and poor customer service I called Federal and they had tech out in 2 days. From the ladies who answered phone to Matt E. the tech who came out they were professional, courteous, and explained everything up front. No pushy sales . I appreciated Matt's thouroughness and explanation of issue with my furnace. I really appreciated his honesty too! Will be using Federal as my new HVAC provider! Would recommend 😊

New construction home. Range exhaust fan making extremely loud noise every time the wind blowed. Our contractor contacted them in November 2023 to get it fixed. They were to call us to schedule an appointment but they just showed up one day when we weren't home, then called to tell us they needed to "reschedule". Told him they didn't need to come inside to fix it so he said they would come in 2 days. They never showed. I called them to find out why they didn't show but was just told he'd make sure someone came within the week. A couple of weeks went by and nobody ever showed up. Now it's December. I called again, was told it would be done in a few days. Well, we let it go until February 2024, then contacted them and contractor again about it. They finally fixed the noise on Feb 29th. But now a new issue, cold air blowing in through the exhaust fan from the outside. Contacted our contractor. Federal showed up 3/21, without letting us know they were coming, and fixed it. Why in the world wasn't this done correctly from the start and why did it take so many months to get it fixed? Very poor communication and service . . . an unprofessional business. Would not recommend.

Called them out to tell me y it wasn’t working and the charged 149 dollars to do nothing so they ordered the part came back a couple days later and had the wrong part and charged me 55 not to fix it again and told me he couldn’t fix it today because he had other appointments when the company they called said they had the part in stock if he wants to come get it so I had to call someone else in and the part they said was bad was not bad there was a couple bolts loss and we tightened them up and haven’t had a problem since so if I was you I would call someone else in you will spend more money with this company I spent over 200 for nothing

Matt came out and checked my furnace. He replaced the blower motor. Service was good and he was very thorough and friendly.

Our Geo Thermal furnace was not letting the auxiliary heat come on. The technician was very thorough in checking the furnace out. He discovered the heat strips for the auxiliary heat were never connected. He hooked them up and we have wonderful heat now. We always use Federal Elite because we know that they are very knowledgeable and treat everyone fair

I called for service due to no heat at a portion of the oaks at bethesda. The lady who answered the phone was very courteous and responsive to our needs. She dispatched a technician Wes within an hour for our needs. He quickly diagnosed the issue and made the necessary repairs and resolved our issue. Within hours the temperature was at desired level! I am so thankful for this wonderful business and knowledgeable employees. Thank you so much!
