He seemed to have a idea what the problem may be based on my information as to the issue. He inquired several times as he analyzed the issue coming to the conclusion what the analyses was showing him as he tested the unit. I was impressed with his interest and knowledge as he worked through trying to identify the problem. He was very thorough and very pleasant.

Seamless repair. Showed up on time and fixed the dishwasher in a reasonable amount of time. Explained the issue with the machine and showed pictures to support diagnosis as well. Was polite and an effective communicator.

Victor said Chris always figures out what's wrong and lets them know how to keep it from happening. He hopes Chris is training the new guys. He's never seen him not know how to fix the problem. Victor said Chris is respectful and polite. Chris is aware of his timing in the kitchen when meals are being prepared. He makes himself small and gets the job done. Victor said EMR is blessed to have Chris and he appreciates EMR having Chris. Victor appreciates that Chris took the time to show everyone where the pilot is.
