Keeping us informed was key for Jason. The problem/issue, how to resolve it, ordering the part (delivery time, cost, scheduling return visit), return to do the repair, how to dispose of old part, etc. Very nice and pleasant the entire time.

Greg tried hard to see what parts were needed for the repair that we requested. It is a foreign company and was not able to get a response from them, unfortunately but he tried hard.
