Mitri informed me what was happening and told me our motor that went out was relatively new, but not covered by any warranty. He was trying to put a hold on billing to see if we could get a modest reduction due to the part being not that old. In the past, we have had good experiences with EMR maintenance people..............but trouble and confusion when it comes to billing with multiple invoices and multiple accounts receivable people days or weeks after the event. Hopefully this time will go smoother.

I am not sure where to submit this so I thought I would start here. The boxes checked are what he did not do.
Bill Hickman refused to honor an annual contract renewal without a price increase despite the contract not including a price clause and renewals at our sole discretion. I offered him the ability to justify and document the increase and I received nothing. I offered the CPI increase even though it was not in the contract and he continued to stay firm on the increase. We had no choice but to accept your unexplained increase. This whole experience has been very disappointing considering our long standing partnership.
