Eric was scheduled for a by-yearly descaling of our steamer and there was a problem with the door of the steamer. I contacting Carol and then Eric and the problem is being handled (pun intended) so that I can keep my scheduled descaling. Again, Eric is going above and beyond to serve our business. Carol is a champion as well.
