it has been over a month since I put in a request for my salad bar to be repaired. the tech came and said he would contact me after he found the problem. He left and I still have not been told what the problem is at this point I'm looking for a new company. I only checked the answer because I couldn't send this without doing so. but i am far from happy with the service EMR offers. 30 days without my salad bar because the company paid to fix hasn't told me what's wrong our sent someone to fix is bad business.

Mr. Marques did the troubleshooting and confirmed what we suspected. He explained the ordering process for the necessary part and looked up the previous order for the part for the opposite side oven.

Your tech doesn’t have the knowledge and every time he comes to one of my stores he messes up with the job and has to come back as when he tries to fix something breaks something else. We had RGR yesterday and we didn’t have toaster . We failed . Please do NOT send Bill to any of our stores . Thank you .

Charles had a long and very busy day at WLR, repairing numerous pieces of kitchen equipment—several of which were large and complex. He persevered throughout the day, skillfully navigating a busy environment with staff and residents while keeping us informed of his progress.
Charles remained kind, patient, and respectful, even when we unintentionally got in his way. His professionalism, technical expertise, communication, and positive attitude were truly appreciated. We are always grateful when Charles is here—he is an outstanding technician and a pleasure to work with. We absolutely love Charles!

Victor said Chris was very knowledgeable of the equipment. Chris found the problem immediately and was able to use motors from old equipment to fix the dishwasher. He went above and beyond. Did an excellent job. Victor appreciates EMR. The most important thing to him is when the technicians explain what they are doing.

The EMR team did a great job installing the brand new kitchen equipment. They were very flexible even when we ran into a problem with gas, not running through the new equipment. They found that the Ansell system was tripped and got all our equipment up and running. Thanks for your help.

We recently had an AWFUL experience with this company. No wonder they have only a 2.2 star rating. If I could give zero stars I would. They came out today to look at a machine in our kitchen and after we told them not to work on it, the technician proceeded to do so anyways and broke our machine. We then called and asked to speak with the manager on duty to try and figure out next steps we could take to fix this. The manager Ian was EXTREMELY rude, dismissive, got an attitude, was condescending, and basically said we were lying. When we said okay well this will be a he said she said situation but what can we do from here he said nothing. TERRIBLE customer service. Ian needs to go back through extensive training. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

TRASH. Do not call these people EVER. The manager Ian gets defensive before even hearing the issue at hand. They sent a technician who came out and broke our machine. We now have to find a way to operate and they’re taking no accountability. I don’t know who hired Ian, but his attitude is disgusting.
