Tech Hillary was exceptional, she was friendly, receptive to my many questions and providing answers. Hillary offered us the opportunity to smell the various cleaning solutions in case some may be unacceptable to people with sensitivities, this was much appreciated. Hillary also carried out her tasks in an efficient manner.

An unexpected expense but a successful ending after all. During a pre-winter maintenance visit, the technician’s thorough inspections and keen eye reveal that my central heating system blower motor was in fact on its way out. Degree Residential put together a comprehensive estimate for the parts and labour and upon receiving the said parts, an appointment was rapidly scheduled to complete the work. I am very happy that the issue has been identified and addressed early enough instead of having a bigger problem on hands in the middle of winter. Thanks again to the wonderful staff working at Degree Residential for their dedicated support and for a smooth process. A+++

Provided great service, friendly to the dog. Walk through was great. I wasn't sure what questions to ask, but Jacob was professional and explained the process. I did not yet sign up for service, I am waiting for the quote, the inital walk through was insightful.
