Again this is a very mundane survey!….to honestly answer all these questions , you would have to be in their face or up their ass the whole time…which takes time….which is what they are on and how they get paid….TIME ON THE CLOCK…..i firmly believe to leave a person alone , don’t bother them and DONT be looking over their shoulder.If I check off just one of these questions , does that mean the tech did NOT do the other qualities listed!?…..AGAIN….Sean was awesome….was here Promptly , did his thing quickly , and this was a life saver because I was in the middle of cooking chicken , when this smoker started acting up….again…keep it simple…you don’t need a whole book written …..thank you

it has been over a month since I put in a request for my salad bar to be repaired. the tech came and said he would contact me after he found the problem. He left and I still have not been told what the problem is at this point I'm looking for a new company. I only checked the answer because I couldn't send this without doing so. but i am far from happy with the service EMR offers. 30 days without my salad bar because the company paid to fix hasn't told me what's wrong our sent someone to fix is bad business.

Mr. Marques did the troubleshooting and confirmed what we suspected. He explained the ordering process for the necessary part and looked up the previous order for the part for the opposite side oven.

Tre made a thorough examination of our gas range, determined why the pilot lights kept going out, and made the appropriate adjustments. He then took the time to explain--twice--how we can monitor and manage the process ourselves, and what to be alert for that may indicate we need additional service.

Your tech doesn’t have the knowledge and every time he comes to one of my stores he messes up with the job and has to come back as when he tries to fix something breaks something else. We had RGR yesterday and we didn’t have toaster . We failed . Please do NOT send Bill to any of our stores . Thank you .
Your questions doesn’t cover unsatisfied customers. I had to pick something just to let me go forward.
