First inspection since installation. Inspection was detailed and representative even took the time to replace a screw that disappeared on the light cover of the automatic opener. Also fastened an existing wire that was by the door so it would not have any possibility of interfering with the door.
Representative was very polite and helpful in answering any questions I had.

Very professional and thorough service by the technician. We had our garage door and garage door opener installed a couple years ago and have been completely WOWED since the day of installation. We also took full advantage of their 3 year service agreement, which provides peace and mind in keeping our garage door performing at its peak.
